My Visual Land V-Touch Pro is Brand New got it Yesterday and right now you can see the light but it is blank..I dont know what happened I didnt Drop it or anything.I dont know how you reset it because it just say reset and theres no button,so i dont know how to reset it.I know how to turn it off and it on but that seems to be not working!I would apprepciate your help because I do not want to go back to the store and get a new one when i just got it yesterday!Thank you

GB, GBA, & NES ROMS are not very compatible with the V-Touch Pro unless it is flash based. Out of all the ROMS I have tried for my V-Touch Pro I have had no luck.

You can use the USB port as a charger also. Plug it into a computer.

Try the reset button on the back, lower right of the player. This fixes 99% of the issues Visual Land products have.

This happened to me with my V-Touch today, all you need to do his hit the reset button on the back, bottom lower right of the player.

If you want games that compatible to your phone . You need a computer with internet 1st you need to go to www.zedge.net , www.umnet.com , www.mobile9.com 2nd after you go to that in zedge.net you see the screen in the upper right corner select phone model then select your phone model, then in umnet and mobile9 you need to click in your right screen your phone model 3rd after you click your phone model just click themes then after that you can now download it or search your themes you want.
