Hi

I suggest you uninstall the printer driver and delete the printer icon located in the printer and faxes. Then reinstall again the printer but make sure you are installing the correct printer driver and configure or add again correctly. Sometimes faulty or incorrect printer driver installed causing this error.

Change outlet. If that doesn't work try changing the fuse in the plug. Remember to use the same amp fuses

please re install the driver and software for this type of printer, after that you can fined it on the tutorial under the printer software

you can try to print it as an image, but it will take longer to print it, sometimes the mallfunktion okures when the printer driver is not correkt installed, then you need to remove the driver from your computer and reboot it before you install it new, hope this solfe the problem.

only the samsung clp 315 w has the option to connect to a Network Interface 802.11b/g wireless LAN, see page three of your CLP User's Guide!

Open the door of the printer and on the left side you find the toner collector,get out and empty the collector.

Finaly got it.
Pull out the four toner cartridges and also the drum unit , staying in front of the printer , on the right side of the drum unit, you will find a small box with two contacts.
You need to solder a 63ma ( worked for me) fuse in paralel with two rezistors that it contains. It is hold by a small klipp - it is easy to get it out. You also need to empty the waste toner behind the opc , drum or watever you call it . Restart the printer after putting alltogether.
The second solution is to buy a new one but its price talk for itself - close to a new printer :-)

I hope you renew the cartridges with original samsung product, you can try to remove the cardridge aggain then slide them in and bring the two clips on each site up. now disconnect the usb cable from the printer and switch of the power of the printer for about 3 minutes, now swich the power back on and connect the printer with your computer meanwhile the computer is ready with booting, now tyr it, if it is still the same problem deinstall the samsung drivers from your computer and reboot it after they are removed then install them new from your samsung CD.

When you cycled the power, did you just push the power button?

If so, to really do a power cycle you need to unplug, let sit off for 30 seconds, then plug back in.

first change the black toner cardrige and try to run the printer most of the time the problem is gon after the change.

It seams to be a problem with the drum unit, you can not repair it by your self bring the printer to a workshop to clean the drum unit.

How many copys are don with this printer? It looks like you will need to replace the drum unit.

A continuous Red status LED signals an error. This can be either:
1 - mechanical : an open cover, missing paper or an too low quality one, missing or full waste toner container - check those one at a time.
2 - hardware failure: fuser, LSU or ITB error. Unfortunately in this case you must contact the Samsung service center for a proper diagnostic and the eventual repair/replacement - they are the only ones with the proper equipment for that..
