Be sure to check which slots you are putting them in, stay within the same colors as to which needs to be put in.
This may be why, looks like your using DDR2
DDR2 1066MHz DIMMs work only on the black slots for one DIMM per channel.
Ensure to install the DDR2 1066MHz DIMMs ONLY on the BLACK slots!
This may be the case for all speeds of DDR2

Want to add ddr3 memory
Hello
The motherboard supports DDR3 1333/1066/800 MHz or DDR2 memory 1066/800/667 MHz to meet the higher bandwidth requirements of the latest operation system, 3D graphics, multimedia, and Internet applications. The dual-channel DDR3/DDR2 architecture doubles the bandwidth of your system memory to boost system performance, eliminating bottlenecks with peak bandwidths of up to 19.2 GB/s.
DDR2 1066MHz DIMMs work only on the black slots for one DIMM per channel
2 x DIMM, Max. 8 GB, DDR3 1333/1066/800 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory
4 x DIMM, max. 16GB, DDR2 1066 / 800 / 667 MHz, Non-ECC, Un-buffered memory
Dual channel memory architecture
When installing total memory of 4GB capacity or more, Windows® 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Hence, a total installed memory of less than 3GB is recommended

Can't strat up the computer
You don't need to directly go for a new motherboard, but first check/ try with another power supply and make sure you connect the Four Pin Power cable also (it's located at the right corner white in color with four female socket)
If this doesn't work, check the ram and processor if they are sat fit. Good luck...

The new pc won't turn on.
Return it back to the seller or the Manufacturer m8.It should still be under warranty.Don't open it or you will void the warranty.

Cannot detect external sata hard disk
I would start by swopping the Internal Sata Cables around and check if that solved it.
If not then there's probably a problem with either the E Sata HDD Controller board or Even the HDD or the Sata cable going from the Motherboard to your input E Sata Port. It's a matter of elimination.
So Remove the HDD from the Enclosure and plug it directly into the Motherboard and see if thats picked up.If it is then the HDD is fine.If not, get it replaced and it might still be under warranty.Check with the manufacturer.Continue reading if the HDD is fine.
Then use the Sata Cable from another HDD and connect it straight to to the E Sata Enclosure and see if the Operating System picks it up,Make sure the HDD you removed is plugged back into the enclosure. If that doesn't work then the problem lies with the Enclosure itself and you should get it replaced.
If it does the the problem lies with the cable itself and you should replce that.
Hope this helps you out.

P5qc power failure
What you should try always, is to reset the BIOS by clearing the CMOS. On some motherboards, you can use jumpers instead of unplugging the power and taking the battery out. If it still turns on without you pressing the power button, you should look into your BIOS and see if you need to change some settings about A/C Power Loss in the Power section.
