make sure you press the return button and that you used you up and down buttons and select return that should do it ,More info if that does not work Please !!! hope this helps

Somebody has removed the keys after a spill into the keyboard they are very tricky to put back in place without breaking them ? Or are you looking at the right model number additional info would be appreciated hope this helps!!
