First I would like to ask if you have a symbian software of you tube? If no, you have to download one first that way you can watch youtube thru it. use the myphoneexplorer free software to run the setup wizard in main menu>settings>general. use the L and R buttons on the software after you connect it via usb inphone mode to your computer to run the wizard and then calibrate the touchscreen... it solved the touchscreen problem for me..

most of the owner of this phone got the same problem and i'm one of it...

Sony Ericsson need to do something to solve this problem like for example trading phone for another model

Hi Dudu It Could Be Your HArdware Prob Ur LCD might be out of order needs to be replaced
