your processor is overheating. if you know how to open your cpu, that would do the trick. you should check out your cpu fan and try to clean it up. maybe it is all covered with dust. it cannot let the heat go out because your fan is clogged with dust. also, clean your processor.

one bad/faulty lead can cause a computer lots of problems
try replacing all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA and the ones that attach from your motherboard to hard drive make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty hope this helps

Download the correct ROM from the manufacturer and re-flash.... Unless you know someone with the same motherboard, or can go into the shop that you bought the board from, then you can copy their rom and flash it to your BIOS. I had that happen to me a few times too...Next time copy the BIOS before flashing over it.

First install the graphic card properly then plug in the LCD or monitor cable in it . If you are getting display then it is ok. After it try to download latest drivers for the graphic card from here

just make sure you have connected it properly and then connect the monitor wire to pci card ..thats it ..it has to work if it didnt work remove the battery in the motherboard and put it back again after 20 seconds..
