Just received 50F22B-FHD no scart connection so used hdmi lead straight from sagem recorder box to tv. I know box is working but getting no set up at all on screen just faded grey vertical lines

How do I format the hard drive disc?

Use windows "Settings"/"Administrator Tools"/"Computer Management" and the select "Disk Management" item and you HDs will appear. Select the partition and use the context menu (right mouse button) to select the "format" option. This will work for any windows HD partition regardless of the manufacturer or model number.

A new power supply will probably fix this. Make sure to get the same voltage (current can be higher).

Sagem tv hd50 g4 problem, changed bulb and fuse, then on start up red light goes on, controller start orange light goes on and flashes attempts to start followed by loud vibrating sound then set goes

Why do i get bufferring

phillip, you get buffering because more data has been received and your computer is processing. This is annoying. You could: - close other programs, applications and tabs when you are watching movies etc. - clean your computer. try free : free-pc-cleaner.winzip.com or other cleaners. - increase your internet speed. - if above don't help, increase RAM and get faster processor. \ -Good luck
