try a soft reset.......if this does not work.......then a hard reset, BACK UP FILES BEFORE HARD RESET.......if none of this helps then back to HTC service center it goes.

Make sure it's a 2gb card; anything bigger won't work. Also, make sure it's properly formatted, you should be able to do it from your Wing. If not, format it from your computer using the FAT file system (it will ask you what file system to use when you format it)
Otherwise, make sure any applications that might be using your info are closed before you try moving them. Then you should be able to highlight them, and cut & paste as usual.

Sorry All, I have had my Wing for 7 months now and never cracked or scratched the screen. I live in NYC so im always walking around in hot and cold so its not any weather condition as someone suggested, i take care of it keep it in the case when im not using it. Ive also never dropped it - yet!!!

You might want to try first formatting the 2 gb card through your computer. And then inserting it into your wing. Once inserted into the wing go into file explorer and up top you should be able to choose "my documents" or "Memory Card"

call tmobile and ask for a hanset exchange if it hasnt been a year since you bought it then they'll prbally give you a new free one

it is definately not speaker related.......i would do a master reset....delete those 3rd party apps....they are likely causeing the problem....to do this, go to start, settings, system, clear storage.....good luck! :)

dear u have to reinstall ur windows...sometimes windows stored so much or duplicate file in its directory and these were hidden..so the possible way is to reset ur device (reinstalltion of OS)

Use activesync or windows mobile device center in vista..

Then setup / add files to your library in windows media player, and go to the sync tab, there you can sync your songs to your Wing.

When I went to my local T-mobile dealer about the sudden absence of any sound from my Wing, he suggested I take the battery out, then put it back in. It worked.

Since then I have discovered that sometimes this fix works (why?) and sometimes it doesn't.

Not happy at all here, to have spent so much on the phone and then find out that when I answer a phone call, I've no idea whether I'm going to be able to hear anything or not, and I may or may not be able to "fix" it.

If anyone has more insight on this, I'd sure like to hear it.

im waiting to get a code but i need the instructions on how to work through the OS to enter the unlock code .....Anyone?

I have the same problem some times. If you have an external sd card plugged into the phone, sometimes when the phone is initializing it times out trying to read the card. If you remove the external sd card during boot up and then push it back in once it boots, you will most likely successfully boot all the way up.
