First you should connect data cable to your system9which is given with your box),then select nokia mode,then open my computer there you will find two drives(1st is phone memory and 2nd will be memory card)click on phone memory,right click on that,go to format option and format your phone memory.remove data cable after formatplug back into your computer you will find nothing inside it a fully new phone...enjoy!

Hi, get anew bat and see if it will bahave th same sometimes the bat si shorted they have chips inside them do get damaged .and course the heating .or is the charging system of the phone get it checked too.

1.Check whether your mini SD card is password protected
2.if then remove the password options in memory options
3.Check whether the Sd card is seated properly in its slot.
4.there might be sensors on the slot to check whether the card is present and for write protec options.
5.your sd card might be jammed in to the slot
6.Check with other sd card .Verify whether your slot is working properly.
7.improper pin seatings may also be counted
8.Contact service personnel for further recification
