Hi and good morning too you. First of all the normal oven swing is about twenty degrees, so your swing of thirty up is ok. I would center the swing, bake button, should see the offset screen. Change the setting to -10 and try again to check you temps. This drift you have is ok and by changing the offset should able you to control your overheating issue and center your swing. Spray the hinges with some spray lube. This should help.

possible need new key pad.first check no loose connection from key pad to the control board,if not replace key pad

the cable to the element has more than likely been placed on the wrong terminal or the simmerstat is not working

When did this issue happen" After cleaning?

Did this start after a, "Clean" cycle?

What kind of noise? Has the type of noise it's making different now then previously?

the surge from the original element burning out has destroyed the control board if you can't hear the relays on the board clicking when you power up the elements bake or broil then its either the low voltage side of the board,if you hear clicking then the relays are working but the contacts are burned out and can't pass the current to heat the oven or briol elements
