Keurig Ultra In Home Single Cup Brewer with 54 KCups - Page 2 Questions & Answers
Water does not completely flow through
sounds like it is time to maybe do a descaling to the unit.
put about 1 cup of white vinegar in the water and let it do a cycle -- do it one more time and see if this clears it up,, then do 2 to 3 cycles of fresh water to clean out the vinegar. this should clean the unit to new working condition.
let me know if you are still having troubles -- as there are a few other things that might be causing the problem.

Try brewing a cup, without the K-cup in the holder. As the brewing cycle starts, hold your finger over the return line to the reservoir (lift the lid to the reservoir; it's in the top, back, and it's white). Careful, there could be hot water there. Plug the hole off with a gloved finger and this will run the cycle longer, and may unplug it. Go through the tip cleaning again.

The rinsing and coffee making
232,
Sorry to read about your issue.
The brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar.
Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours.
Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water.
If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.

Even if not the above mentioned model, call them anyway & see what they will do for you......

Unit will not brew when pod is inserted; works w/o pod however.
This may be one of two issues:
1. The pump is malfunctioning which can cause the internal reservior to not completely fill which causes issues during brewing. My unit dribbled random amounts of water instead of brewing for about a week before the pump died completely.
2. The puncture seal isn't in the right position. Open the Keurig fully so you can see the sharp puncture pin. Very Carefully push the black rubber gasket around it all the way up. Then pull it back down about 1/16". Brew a cup, if the problem continues, try sliding the gasket further down by increments of 1/32".
