PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.

Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.

To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code is unique for each mobile phone model.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.

This PUK code prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets, that is why it can only be given by the service provider only.

While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code

DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... Is the pin or puk request then you Should ask that code from your mobile provider

There are no ways of doing Sony Ericsson phones for free, you will have to take it to a unlock person.

From the Menu screen, select Settings. Scroll across to the Connectivity tab and select Bluetooth. Select Turn On. To connect your Sony Ericsson K800i to a handsfree device, enter the Bluetooth menu screen and select Handsfree. Your phone will then look for a handsfree device to connect to. Press and hold the 'call' (big) button on your bluetooth device. First it will blinks once, keep holding, then it will turn to steady blue. This is the 'pairing' status. When the phone found your device, select the device and enter the passcode (usualy 0000 (4 times zero))if required. The steady blue light on the device should go off and blinks every couple of seconds. Next time you switch on the bluetooth device it will be automaticaly recognized by the phone.

it may be due to battery connector prob or due to the protection circuit connected to universal energy management system in the mobile phone being short circuited
