If your problem is only to open key pad with out any issue.just remove the battery and again place it and now your mobile is active with out key pad locked now u save all ur numbers and important messages and then restore the settings to facotory settings. now ur default passcode will be 12345.

Please do this.Type *#7370# in your mobile phone,it will ask whether you want to restore factory settings give yes and it will ask for the code the default code is 12345.Give the code and wait for some time your phone will restart and you will see that your factory settings are restored.kindly rate me if i had helped.

this is not software problem its hardware problem. plz go to tecnician and say ur problem her. it power section problem in ur deviece

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, ehich is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific...

TO get the PUK code, call you cell phone operator and ask for the PUK code, they may assist you.... Dont get tensed..

NOTE: if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

ITS THE SOFTWARE FAULT U CAN GET THE SOFTWARE REINSTALLED IT WIL DO THE WORK

Please try to open the pad and clean its contacts. below is the proceedure to open the phone (if it is not under warranty). you two credit cards and a screw driver.

• Take front faceplate off by inserting card 1 between housing and silver key. As you pull up, take card 2 and slide it on the side of the phone prying the clips off.
• Unscrew these 6 screws at the edges with the T6 screwdriver and release the 4 clips surrounding the LCD screen.
• Slip the little black frame off of the LCD screen, and lift the screen. You should now see a screw. Removing this screw removes the back cover.
• That’s it! Put your new faceplate or housing in and figure out how to put things back by following the directions here in reverse order.

u have to change the battery . replace it.

ya there is one way to unlock your mobile ,but you have to provide me your mobile IMEI no .which can be obtain by pressing *#-6# at the screen ,it will show IMEI no of your mobile ,it will 15 digit no...just send it to me and i will definitely send you the unlock code......

if you foregot your code,try to think the hint that you most knwn to your mind,or else go to the nearest cellphone repair shop they easily removed you locked cellphone
