It is possible that the software on your computer(s) does not have the correct codex to read the video files. Can you access the disc in Explorer (or equivalent) ? If so, try converting the video files to a different format (i.e. if they are .MOV files, convert them to .MP4 or .MPG). Freemake Video Converter should be able to handle this - as the name suggests, it is free.

Is the write protect tab set on the tape cassette ?

If you tell us what the actual error is, we may be able to point you in the direction of assistance.

If the recording media has not been over written, it may be possible. Search for image recovery software.

U mean transfer it to DVD not CD. Check the power cord. Replacing it should work unless the problem with the camera.
