anyone using the front usb ports on your pc, don't! use the rear usb's in the back of the pc and presto, works great! best thirteen dollars i ever spent! and also don't use the ulead software, my there was a delay in the video for the voices, windows movie maker is the way to go for capture!!

no assistance needed now, problem solved! anyone who has this easycap video capture if you have it plugged into the front usb ports it will not work! plug it into the usb's on the motherboard in the back of the pc tower and presto everything works!!!!

I am using the same system... I have figured out how to get video but i cannot get audio... after i have recorded a video i am able to hear what audio i should have been able to while recording but only after i play it back. The way to get video is to open the capture tab then click capture video then click options then click video and audio capture property settings. you then need to change your video input source to composite and your tv system to NTSC or PAL if ur in like UK or something.

i am pretty sure that it will open up avi files. another lil program that is good for just about anything is media player classic, normally a standard windows thing but it will play just about anything

Check you disk space. [my computer] right click on Local Disk C. im a begginer myself, so i dont know much, and i cant help you a lot.

Try under Help then select About . . . It should tell you there.
