Is there a reset or an in line fuse ( a little glass fuse )? This is only indicating that you have power to the heater. If I were to guess I would say there is something between the high voltage and low voltage, usually manufacturers will put protection (a fuse ) on the low voltage side of your step down transformer. Remove the electrical cover after powering it down and trace the wires from the plug to the transformer looking for a reset or little glass fuse.
No display on temp, no longer starts, is this a
Have you double checked and made sure your getting power to the heater? Have you checkd the fuse on the ignition control board to see if it is good? If you have power goin to the heater and the fuse is good and nothing coming out of the board, then I would say you have a bad board. Hopefully it is just the fuse.

Master 110 torpedo heater will not start , kerosene type
Odds are, your air pump is locked up. Remove the cover on the back of the fan motor, remove the pump cover and carefully remove the air pump rotor and blades. If the motor spins freely and will start when plugged in, the pump housing plates probably have a bit of corrosion on them. Lightly clean the pump housing end plates with fine grit sandpaper, wipe clean and re-assemble. Should fix the problem. Does the breaker trip when this happens?
Hi i have a master space heater model 150
These units have a air pump on the back of the fan motor. Has anyone messed with the settings? The pump usually runs off of 5 to 6 lbs. of pump pressure. This is what controls the fuel flow that is sprayed out of the fuel injector. This unit also should have a photo eye for flame out control. It is positioned near the ignitor looking though a hole in the combustion chamber. Make sure it is clean and looking in the hole. Make sure your ignitor is working also.
HI,
inside the machine is two carbon electrodes that ignite the fuel and if they are burnt away it will not work ,check the electrodes and make sure they are sparking across but then try it with the cover off as the air flow stops them from sparking if the coil is low or the gap isnt right .This is the most common cause of problems with these machines ,also the same problem with steam cleaners as well

wendy425,
All Pro heaters and Reddy Heaters are the same.
This is a classic reddy heater problem. They use the bleed air to determine the pump pressure and ultimately the mix of the air/fuel. Once the filter gets dirty the relationship changes and the unit gets too much fuel. The solution is to get a new filter and the pressure gauge necessary to set the pressure after installing the new filter.
I have a tip at

Thanks for using FixYa and the generous rating.

My heater starts then cuts
You need to make sure the pressure it correct and that you have no leaks or cracks on the rear cover of the pump.
Sometimes you will get a small crack in the plastic housing and it will cause low pressure.
Check to make sure the photocell is clean and lined up properly to see the flame.
If you hold you finger over the pump adjustment screw you should see the pump pressure go much higher.
