thats almost an impossible question. one thing i can say is you cant expect it to cool more than one room.

The condenser coil could be dirty also causing the icing up of the unit or it is low on refrigerant.

h8 is water high in drain check that float is not stuck and if all water has been drained if still showing problem test drain switch

possible but will need a tap a line and gauges to determine most likely is a dirty coil or filter l affecting air flow

This is small room a/c unit. It is not designed to cool an entire house down. The a/c mode typically helps with some humidity although it has to be designed for your location.
