Hello smartvk,
there are many different models of the thinkcenter PC. Please click on the link & scroll down a bit & look under, Browse products for support & you will see there are many IBM's. Plese provide the model number of you're thinkcenter.

Once you find the correct model number for (desktop or notebook), I will be able to advise download & install instructions. You should be able to find the model number marked somewhere on the PC.

Uaa hd audio bus driver, compac presario sr2015la
doing windows update will solve your problem ....
or might not have installed the chipset driver so first try installing that ...
if you have already installed then try reinstalling that ...
if you still persist the same problem then go for windows update this may solve your problem ..
instead of this you can download the another latest driver from the net and try installing that ..
and also check the the manufacture cd if you are installing from it for scratches on cd ...
if it is scratched some file might have got corrupted and by this your not able to install ...
and also check in the manufacture cd does it have that UAA HD AUDIO BUS DRIVER in it ...
and also check for the manufacture minimum recommended operating system for your system ...

Edirol ua-4fx Synthogy Italian Grand problem
What operating system are you using? It appears, based on other experiences, that the Synthogy UA-4FX fails to function on Windows XP once SP3 has been installed. Is this your situation? If so, uninstall SP3, and you should be set. However, as you installed a new driver, that may come into play if it does not reach a functional state. Further, there are often problems with other devices when this is the case. So, if it is a recent purchase, as it seems from your presentation, it may be a faulty piece of hardware. If this is not your situation, please post back with further detail regarding the PC/OS and other equipment & drivers you have in place. Good luck!

There is no sound coming from my computer!!
The machine itself should use the
AC97 codecs from Realtek. You have a choice of two - standard AC97 or AC97 HD, both are available from the same link and one or the other should be compatible with your device.
The Edirol device you've posted this under is a piece of USB equipment, am I right to assume that it is plugged into the onboard audio in the laptop?
Post your results here, especially if this doesn't fix your problem.
No sound
Depending on your pc it sounds like you just had either a new version of windows put on your pc or you recently wiped it. You need new drivers downloaded for your sound card if you do not still have the drivers disk that came with your pc try to google search a download,

installing Sigmatel* or Realtek* audio drivers (either from the Express
Installer CD or using the latest driver download available from the web), the
installation may fail with either of the following error messages:

Device Object not present, restart
the system and run setup again.
·
The system does not support the
driver you are attempting to install.
The Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High
Definition Audio class driver for Windows* may be corrupted or causing problems
with the audio driver installation.
To resolve this, try the following:
1. Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
2. Look for the following two items: Realtek* High Definition
Audio Driver and High Definition Audio driver Package - KB888111.
3. If these items are listed in Add/Remove programs, remove them.
4. Restart Windows.
5. Download the latest audio driver for your desktop board
from Download Center.
6. Double-click the filename to extract the files.
7. Go to the folder where the files have been extracted and browse
to the \HDAQFE\xpsp2\us\ folder or the \MSHDQFE\Win2K_XP\us\ folder.
(The name of this folder depends on your desktop board model.)
8. Double-click the file kb888111xpsp2.exe to install
the High Definition Audio Driver Package.
9. Restart Windows.
10. Install the audio driver.

I cant hook up mic and guitar same time
get a 1/8" stereo to mono splitter from radio shack or the like. it should have 1 1/8"male end, and two female ends, you could possibly get a 1/8" male with 2 1/4" female connectors, or use an all 1/4 inch adapter, with a 14/ to 1/8 adapter on the male end.
this should divide the guitar and vocals into left and right channels.

Just let me know the maker name and exact model no of your desktop or laptop....

I can only assume that you have a Sound Blaster product since you have not stated which one. Here is a link to the drivers.
