Worx 10" 24v Cordless Li-ion Trimmer/edger wg165 Questions & Answers
WORX battery chargers
I'm going thru same prob. with 24V battery for WG167. Had same thing with older 18V that came precharged & then wouldn't recharge. 3 batteries later, they sent me to a "technical" rep who said "NO NO, it's not the batteries, it's the charger" He sent me a reconditioned charger & it worked fine. I'm not having any luck so far with the "MAX 24V". On my 2nd battery. It didn't come precharged & will only charge to 18V which is what the charger is outputting! Trying to get a "tech rep" to diagnose but no luck so far. Their tools are handy & work well if you can just get the battery/charger resolved!!!

Was using my 110volt worx
Your trigger might have gone bad. Take your handle apart, and check to see if you have power to the switch, you can use a jumper wire to bypass the switch to see if it starts.

Trimmer. Why doesn't locking mechanism hold?
. It's very simple. You press the button on top of the trimmer. Once you press the hand grip and the top button simultaneously, you NO LONGER have to hold down the top button with with your thumb. Once you release the hand grip, you must depress the top button again. This is a SAFETY measure, so the trimmer doesn't run without a contribution from the operator

Why is chain saw leaking oil?
I have seen on YouTube a video how to fix a chainsaw that is leaking oil.
In all but very exceptional cases there is nothing wrong at all with your chainsaw and it is fine and what appears to be an oil leakage is simply oil that has sprayed out from the chain as it is rotating at high speeds draining from the saw body and guide bar.

2 year old Worx snow blower battery charger says battery is fully charged, but the blower kills after just two seconds of power. What is wrong?
Batteries are capable of telling lies and fooling a charger, even a modern so-called intelligent charger. The only reliable way to test a power tool battery is testing the voltage under load.
2 years old and it is now the third winter your snow blower is seeing and two summers - I wonder what you did with the battery during those summers?
Batteries hate being less than fully charged and a battery that is less than fully charged for many months will emerge less than optimum and even possibly useless.
Modern lithium batteries don't like being completely discharged because when recharged with a fast charger they get quite warm and it is the heat that tends to shorten their lives...
If any of this seems familiar - your battery is probably faulty.
