1. dip the bottom of the cartridge into hot water for about 20 seconds.
2. Dry the cartridge and put back into printer
3. you can also try the printer head cleaning option on the printer software.

You need to remove the piece of tape from them than place them in the holder and push down the lid it will than snap in place,it seams as you will break them if you push it but it wont unless you really put to much pressure.

only way to do this is with authorized service manual

try going to HP.com you should be able to type your printer model and download the driver it should be easy, if not ask a teenager for help thats what I do sometimes they do know everthing! hope this helps. kenkan

this is the common problem of 5150 printer .you just open the top cover ,in your right hand you can see a black moving part it may not working properly. try to move back and forth many time ,then close and check your printer.

The low ink warning is actually normal for remanufactured cartridges. Since the printer cannot detect the amount of ink in the cartridge, the OEM companies place a chip inside of each cartridge that counts the number of pages that you print. When the cartridges reach a certain number of pages, they automatically tell your printer that you are running low on ink. Unfortunately, when the cartridges are remanufactured, the chip is unable to be reset. The prints should still be the same quality. You can either press the "Resume" or "OK" button to continue printing, or go into your printer settings and manually disable the ink level indiactor.

click prnter and hardware..
open ur printers hardware software ..(it will b on the same page)

clean spoller

insert a blank page...in the printer so that it can clean

and the other way u can check the accurate ink level in by printing a self test page

1. Ensure the printer is turned on.
2. Press and hold the Power button.
3. While holding the Power button, press and release the Resume button four (4) times.
4. Release the Power button. A self-test page will print.

Thanks for using FixYa. To clean the print head take a hot water towel with the printer unplugged and the cartridges out, clean it till the time you see there is no ink residue on the towel. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
