How do i program numbers in my radio

To program a known frequency into your scanner:
1. Power the unit ON.
2. Press the HOLD key.
3. Enter a channel number.
4. Press the FUNC and PGM keys. The selected channel number will display.
5. Enter the desired frequency, including decimal point (ex: 151.475).
6. Press E to enter the data into memory.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for additional channels.

How do i find the 6 pre programmed emergency

Repeatedly pressing the HOLD key will advance the unit through all channels and bring up anything that you've programmed into it, and repeatedly pressing the SVC key will advance the scanner through the preprogrammed services (police, fire, marine, etc.). My scanner won't turn on

Make sure you have fresh new batteries,and installed correct,check the battery connections,sometimes thes have been known to corrode from leaking,or check that you have the switch where the battery are located in the proper setting.....hope this helps....
