It appears your gfi may be rated for a lower current draw or it may be deffective. You could try changing your gfi to one that matches the 15 amps in your circuit. If this does not work you could try finding another plug around the house that has a higher rating. It would help if you knew the amount of amps your grill draws. Do not change the breaker to a higher rating. The wiring in your wall is matched to the capacity of your brakers and upgrading your breakers without changing your wiring to match the new rating could causes an electrical fire. You not only have to have the correct thread size, you also have to have the correct orifice size. The size of the orifice varies from grill to grill which is why "universal kits" don't work on all grills. I';m sure everyone thinks they are giving good advice, but READ THE SYMPTOMS. The guy says his ignitor doesn't "click" anymore. And most of you tell him he needs a new gas regulator. Fix his problem, don't create new ones. He needs his ignitor fixed. Maybe just a new battery? Or maybe the whole ignitor unit But certainly not a new regulator, etc, etc.

Igniter is combined in the valve of grill so the best way is change the new one. or cross flame from other burner.

Your venturi could be clogged up. clean the burner holes with a straightened paperclip, then take the burners out and do the same to the venturi that deliver gas to the burners. If that doesn't do it, you may have a bad regulator.

I hade the same problem! the new propane bottles the valve inside where it screws in it wont open
all the way?.

well the burners may have fell of the injectors and the gas is missing the burners try re fitting the burners back on , if not you may have a broken gas line .
