Well, in a word, yes. Look underneath the refrigerator and see if you can see the compressor anywhere, it may be covered up and you may need to remove a cover to see it. . If you cannot, you may stop reading here. If you find it, you should also see a small electrical switching unit mounted on it. This unit may be the size of your fist. It should be made of two (2) pieces, one of which is a "Klix-on". The Klix-on is the starter relay for the compressor. If you find this, take a small hammer and tap on it, whilst the fridge is plugged in and on. If the compressor starts, you will need to replace the starter relay/Klix-on. I paid about $ 35 for it at my local appliance parts store. God bless your efforts.
