It depends on the product but I suggest that you go with the well established brand. It is important not to compromise on your safety and the name brands are well known for a good reason.

You can buy an axe protector, which is usually made out of strong rubber or plastic.

You can get a slider leash to attach it to your harness or utility belt.

in my opinion these are how easy it is to adjust it. the heaviness (weight), how easy it is to put on a head lamp, and the ventilation of the helmet.
