No picture have sound 32

Hi! Welcome to www.fixya.com.
You most likely have a backlight issue with this TV set. Could be the inverter circuits for the backlights. The inverter is the power supply source for the backlights. there could also be a screen driver problem. This would entail changing the entire board. You should call in an authorized Samsung repair center to check this set out for you.
Hope this resolution fix the problem on your computer. Thanks for contacting Fixya. God bless. Bye for now.

It turns on spontaneously after being turned off.

The control processor has became unstable. This can happen in 3 cases:
1 - the IR sensor for the remote gets triggered by something else: another remote, reflection of the sun's rays... Simple test for that: cover the sensor with some black tape - if it still behaves the same then it's not the sensor.
2 - the control processor is overheated and malfunctions: open the back of the tv and clean it thoroughly with a fine brush then check the status of the radiators - make sure they are properly secured. If you get the same behaviour after that then
3 - the power source is no longer providing a stable voltage to the processor - either because its filtering capacitors have aged abnormally fast or the power stabilizers circuits are failing (manufacturing defect). You must open the tv, measure the voltages, identify the failing parts and replace them. That is a job that only an experienced electronics repairman can do, you will have to call one.

Lost Owners manual and cannot connect our present

Make sure you are connecting it using a composite cable (red white yellow) into the INPUT behind the tv.. they are also inputs on the side of the tv.. if problem continues try buying a new dvd player that has HDMI connections so it would use just one cable to connect... they for for around 50 bucks... here is the manual http://tv.manualsonline.com/np/usermanuals/mfg/samsung/ln32c350__flatscreen_tv

My samsung TV #ln32c350 has

Hi thorn82,
This kind of symptoms indicated of malfunction inside the set as follows :
1. Loose/bad connection - The unit must take apart and check first for bad connection from the power supply board, LCD controller board, and the main board. This will do the same symptoms. Pull-out all of the connectors from the said boards, inspect, and then re-insert and ensure the connections.
2. Faulty Video processor - Video processor circuitry is in the main board. Once this circuitry gone bad, same symptoms will be encountered.
3. LCD controller board - this board process the image feed from the video processor and then feed to the LCD panel. Even the main board is good but this board was already faulty, the video can't be sent to the LCD panel.
4. Power supply - The said board's above has its own supply voltage from the power supply board, if one of the output voltage of the power supply gone bad, the board's in line with the supply will be disable and resulted to that symptoms.
Isolating the faulty parts is quite technical if your not handy with electronics. I would advice you to send it in or look for a qualified technician to troubleshoot the unit.
Prepare $200-$300 for service fee alone plus parts.
Since the unit is still under warranty period, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free. Opening the back cover will void the warranty.
Your problem now is the receipt, I would advice you to visit your local dealer where you bought the unit and have a good conversation with them. Tell them the real problem and let's hope for the best. Receipt is just only one proof of purchased of the unit, they have a record to their system for sure for that transaction(but depends on them if they will participate to search for that).
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya.

Sound at 50-70 is not

Speakers sometimes become damaged when going at high levels from low levels and just switching like that..... This may be the cause for it to be kind of low.... Best not to turn it all the way up or it might just blow the speaker fully..... You may have a a volume limit set on it.... Check that, it might be not allowing your speakers to play any louder.... Otherwise, it is best not to have your speakers blaring, just have them kind of low, and your ears will adjust.... People lose hearing when they have their TV's turned all the way up and all loud... Plus it just kind of disrupts the peace of a home :) Good Luck :D
