If you are running Win7 or vista you could right click an empty spot on your desktop and select "new"then select "folder". rename the folder : God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}after that the icon will change to one called God Mode and you can have total control of your PC, including opening control panel.
Activate external speakers
Does the replacement speakers have identical specs to the original?? If not you could try downloading new drivers for your new speakers at this site -
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails?driverId=R155944then click the blue download button to download, do not use the dell download manager. If your replacement has identical specifications to the old and still no audio is coming out, try downloading the driver above. if it still doesn't work then most probably its a hardware problem before the speaker section of your drive.
Error code 2000 0146
The error code refers to a faulty or failed hard drive.
You may try the following steps and check whether you can resolve the
issue.
First you may try boot in safe mode and check what happens.
Step 1: To boot to
Safe mode
you can follow the below given steps:
1. Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.
Click the Start button, click the arrow next to the Lock button, and then click
Restart.
2. Do one of the following:
a. If your computer has a single operating system
installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need
to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo
appears, you will need to try again by waiting until the
Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting
your computer.
b. If your computer has more than one operating system,
use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to start
in
Safe mode, and then press F8.
For more information, you may refer the following link on Safe mode:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
If you are able to boot in Safe mode, then try a Clean boot.
Step 2: Try to
perform a clean boot and verify if any of the services or
startup items is causing this issue. To perform a clean boot we will
have to run System Configuration Utility.
To perform clean boot, follow the steps:
1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press
ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
3. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
4. Click the Services tab, click to select the
Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
5. Click Apply and OK.
6. When you are prompted, click Restart.
7. After the computer starts verify whether you are able to do backup.
If your issue is resolved after performing Clean Boot,
then follow the steps mentioned in the following KB article to narrow
down the exact source:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Also, see the section on how to return your computer to a
Normal startup mode by following the steps under "Reset the computer to
start as usual".
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, then try a Check disk
to repair problems related to bad sectors, lost clusters, cross-linked files, and directory errors
Step 3: Run Check disk
to repair problems related to bad sectors, lost clusters, cross-linked files, and directory errors.
1. Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
2. Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click
Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue.
3. At a command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER
chkdsk /f /r X:( drive letter)
4. Press Y when you are prompted to check the disk the next time that the system restarts.
5. Close all applications, and then restart the computer.
If check disk also fails then you may need to get in touch with Dell for more assistance.

Laptop crashed
Really need more information, but my guess is dirty fan. If fan is blocked by dust, it may make noise and may run at high speed all the time because the CPU is overheating. If CPU gets hot enough, the laptop will shut itself down without warning. If dust is the problem, get some canned air. Before blowing into the air vents, try to spot where the CPU fan is and gently insert a toothpick to block the fan and prevent it from turning. A long blast of compressed air can spin the fan too fast and burn out its delicate bearings. Blow air from underneath and also from the side vent until air blows clear. In some bad cases of dust, the bottom or top cover must be removed to get it all out.
