I don't have Cd ... Im sorry because Im french but im besoin Cd the intalation please

the problem lies with the driver of the cam particularly the capture execution file. removing the cam and uninstalling the driver from add/remove programmes, then reinstalling the driver software again should cure it and if possible use a different usb port if you have a spare.

I assume you havent installed any drivers, so if you need to download one go to this site:- http://www.soft32.com/s/Windows/Drivers/Digital_Camera_and_Webcam/3-375-13-0.html also disconnect the camera and try in a different usb port, but install the software first unless otherwise advised. The used by another programme popup may well be another programme that associates itself with the cam, so to see what may be running in the background, click start>run>then type 'msconfig' and hit enter and see if there is any programme that may run with your cam and untick it to stop it running on start up.

There is a ball on the top you can turn L&R to focus the image but you need enough light to get a decent image.

Install the program... then run the application..
click on file, video source, veo mobile/advanced web camera
(you should see yourself in the application window)
then open you skype
click on tools, options, video settings
choose splitcam capture, save
