Your TV has entered into service mode options by any way accedently. Might have pressed buttons of the remote control, which could bake it to service mode option. Unplug the ac power cord from the wall for 30 seconds then hold down the power button on the tv, not the remote, and while holding down the power button plug the ac powercord back in and continue holding the power button untill the tv turns on. This is a hard reset back to factory defaults.

Check to make sure you have the speakers tuned on in the setup menu, and you are not in sap.

That blue K means you are in the service mode. Unplug your set and wait 30 seconds. Then at the same time you plug it back in, you need to be holding the volume down button and the input button.
The TV should turn back and the blue K should turn pink. Once this happens, press the volume and channel down button at the same time. A menu should come on the screen.
