Unplug your usb from your pc. go in to uninstall programs,uninstal printer drivers and software.Reboot your pc. Reinstall drivers and software.Reboot pc. Connect your printer usb back into your pc and turn your printer on. This should work.

Paper jam means their may be small bit paper jam in side
There are some "micro-sensors" that detect a paper jam. There will be tiny piece of paper, or a lump of dust, inside those sensors, thus "tripping" the sensor and saying you paper jam.

To solve it
Open printer cover and check to make sure no paper or foreign objects obstructing the printer feeder
If you become sure that now really there is no paper, dust or foreign objects then
Turn the printer off, and disconnect the AC power-cable. Open the printer cover & now give the printer a "blow-job" by compressed air.
If still problem exist then best & final option is to just contact to any Canon service provider.

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer driver software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.

Does it dial the fax, but not send it? check which place you have the phone and line plugged into the fax machine. There are two plugs on the machine. One says line or wall, the other phone or handset. make sure the wall is plugged into the right one. that is the first thing to check, if not, reply and we can walk through setup.

try follow the messages apper on the screen and power off the machine unplug he power cord from the outlet wall and also from the back of the machine. and wait 5 minutes and turn on again.

you must unzip the printer,its a sensor above the fuser which is skipped

Please try again .
Delete current software in Control Panel \ Programs and driver in Device manager .
Disconnect device .
Go to http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/printers_multifunction/black_white_laser_multifunction/imageclass_mf4350d#DriversAndSoftware
and make sure you download the correct driver ( Windows XP ) .
Install driver / software .
Reboot .
Connect drive and wait for confirmation hardware is ready to use .
It should work now .

I have had a similar problem since purchase 1 year ago. Mine has this issue on first 2-sided copy I print, problem is on the second side only. I disassembled the machine and could not discover the problem. However I did notice one paper transport roller (there are $) was askew. After reassembly all was well for about 40 copies then problem returned, I will remove that transport roller and retest machine
