Bluetooth aspire 4930 problem
Click start>control panel> system> hardware tab> device manager. Check to see if under networking is your bluetooth adapter installed correctly. If you dont see anything labled bluetooth that means you dont have a bluetooth adapter installed. If theres a yellow mark next to the bluetooth adapter, that means you'd need to reinstall the drivers to get it working properly

There IS a driver, but you are correct, it is not specifically for the battery. For HP, I know it is called something like ACHP and it has to do with controling the power when you do something such as closing the lid or pressing the standby button. Most of the time this is included with the Windows OS so normally you dont run into this problem unless you have faulty hardware or software. If you are having problems with this and there is a driver on the website then it should install automatically just by extracting the files or running setup.exe in the file folder. I am not sure if this thing will actually have a true driver or if it is just software to manage your particuar model's power, but in anycase, it wouldnt hurt to have the manufactuer's power management tool as opposed to haveing the windows power management tool.
I just checked acer.com and they dont have any such driver which means that it automatically installs with windows. If your windows one is not working then you should try installing the epower management tool that I am seeing on their website right now. If this doesnt work then it might be time for a restore.
