Samsung Instinct Cell Phone - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Need to block numbers from calling me
Unfortunately, there is no way to block numbers from calling you. You can change your number or simply don't answer. Sorry! I wish they would make a way!
If there is a way to make it where only people in your contacts can call you it would be under main> settings> security> restriction, but I doubt it.
FROZEN SCREEN
If your phone gets frozen somewhere and cant return home , simply take out its battery and reinsert it , after that switch on your phone and it will starts working as before. And after doing so check for any virus and intursware or corrupted application that caused the frozen , and fix this.
thank you

My Samsung Instinct is stuck in headset mode
DONT DO THE RESTART/ERASE CODE!!!!!!!!!!!
its a hardware problem, not software or virus.
your phone is probabluy stuck in headset mode, where you can hear the ringtone for incoming calls and alarms but not calls (without headphones).
you three real options are to (1) stick a boby pin or stylus into the jack until it leaves headset mode (2) more invasively, find a really small screw driver and open the phone(screws are under the battery cover, in the corners) and poke in the earphone jack or (3) get a new phone.
thats all i can tell you.

by inputting the following code: *2767*3855# . Your sim card should not be in when doing this as it wipes the phone.

ASK UR PHONE OPERATOR HE WILL UNLOCK IT .PHONE OPERATOR IS THE ONE WHOSE SIM U ARE USING. FOR EXAMPLE IF I AM USING VERIZON SIM I WILL CALL VERIZON CUSTOMER CARE.
