I locked my phone but forgot the password to
ASK UR PHONE OPERATOR HE WILL UNLOCK IT .PHONE OPERATOR IS THE ONE WHOSE SIM U ARE USING. FOR EXAMPLE IF I AM USING VERIZON SIM I WILL CALL VERIZON CUSTOMER CARE.

Hi, when a phone displays a system busy , it means that the phones memory is faulty or when an application you downloaded has virus.
What to do is this, First reset the phone and if it doesn't work,
you will have to flash the phone to restore the memory of the phone.

I cant remember my screen lock code how can i get
It should be the last four digits of
the phone number on that phone. If it was changed, If you move the
phone onto a different phone number the lock code will default to the
last 4 digits of that phone number. Then move the phone back onto
your phone number and it will be reset to the last 4 digits of your
phone number.
