I suggest you contact the maker by going to their web site http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ (this is the maker) and speaking to them. You are not the first to have this kind of problem and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Inside faceplate came loose

Pull out crown and leave it in this position. This will stop watch to work and do any further damage by catching parts inside. I doubt that this would be under the warranty, because without any outside force (usually knocking) these parts would not come off. I know that you will disagree with this, but experience says that 95% of people do not recognise they watch has been knocked. I'm not here to argue, but to help. You do not need to find a particular KC repair shop. Any local watch repair shop can fix this, as this is the common problem to all watches. Just type in your browser: Watch repairs in Miami, US (or wherever you live), and you will come up with local watch repair addresses. Choose the nearest one to save your time and travel money. As a professional watchmaker I can tell you: even if your watch still under warranty, this kind of damage are not covered and you would be charged anyway - even if you would send watch to KC.
Rate me, plz.

One of the hourer marker as come loose from the

In order to fix this problem you will have remove the case back and movement and re-locate the marker back to the correct location. It probably came loose because it was not tight enough on the the shaft. So some tightening will be required. All of this is maybe something that you do not have the expertise to do and therefore you may need a watch repair person to do this. Best of luck.

The screw which holds the band to the watch is

Specialty screws like this can be hard to find. You can contact watch repair shops to see if they have it or contact Keneth Cole. KC has a great warranty and is generally good about keeping parts as long as the model isnt too old.

The 12 is now in the 3'oclock position

If I do understand what you are saying, the 12 o'clock mark on dial moved to 3 o'clock position?
If that's right, your watches dial has broken feet and this is why it has moved (and will move again). The only solution to this is to repair the dial feet or even to replace the whole dial. None of these you can do it yourself, so, find the nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.

I have a kenneth cole men's stainless steel watch

Hi

I live in Australia and have dealted with watches for the past 2 years as a watchmaker's assistant.

Are you able to give me a model number as the stock number you have given above I am unable to see what kind of watch it is.

Generally YES glasses are able to be replaced. Mineral crystal glasses are the usual ones, but it depends on the type of case the watch has. If the case is unsual it may have to be ordered directly from Kenneth cole. If it's standard and round (and not domed in the middle) you can get a generic glass put in.

Is the glass smashed? If so it's adviseable to take it to a watchmaker, as small shards of glass may of gotten into the movement which will effect it's effectiveness later on in life.

Hope this helps?
Kind Regards
Shenlun

Kenneth cole reaction KC1408 changing battery problem

You have to take the back off. If it has about 6 slots around the back, then it screws off. If it's flat, then you can pry it open. If you pry it open, it,s very difficult to get it back on all the way. You may have to get some tools, or go to a repair shop.

CRACKED CRYSTAL

Hey man all you have to do is mail the watch to Guess, their service dept is world class. I found a lost guess watch behind a car seat. It was lost for 10 yrs i mailed it in, the fixed it to mint condition and charged me $13. I took another guess watch to the mall to have the battery and crystal replace, dont take it to Mohammed just send it back to guess, they will fix anything they find wrong and mail it back to you. I have dont this twice and they dont rape you in charges, they were way cheaper than those loosers at the watch shop.
