hello,
you could try resarting your computer to see it recognizes the usb devices. You normally should'nt have to do this. make sure ports are not filled with lint, dust etc. You might have blow them out with a handy air in can. They should be clean if theses devives are always plugged . The above link is the sakar website for possible warranty claims. It does not look as though there any type of driver downloads. If the devices where working fine and are now acting up driver should'nt be the issue.
I have found that with my little ones they tend to be a little harder on stuf and tend to break the wires.\hope this helps

1. Go to your manufactor's website.
2. There should be a search bar on the top of there website.
3. click in the search bar and enter your model number of the
computer or you can enter hardware model.
4. After you hit you come accross to technical support page click on
that.
5. There should be a word pertaining drivers click on that.
6. Finally, click download and download the correct version of driver for
your windows.

hi Laural. if you go to this link,where it is saying (Windows driver with just one click.and its the green box.)do not download it. just read what is on the right off the page. also do not download the one in red saying,(download now) https://www.driverguide.com/driver/company/Sakar/index.html this link is the only thing i could find,so not sure if it will help you.
