West Bend 41077 Just For Dinner¿ Bread Maker - Page 2 Questions & Answers
I have a brand new West Bend
Hi,
If the machine is brand new, then take it back for an exchange. If that's not possible, then call West Bend for a replacement. If that's not possible then let's try to solve this problem in a few steps. 1) Take pan out of machine and see if you can spin the paddle on the shaft. If yes...next step..if no then bearing in bread pan is stuck. 2) Put bread pan in machine and lock in place. Start a kneading cycle. Look through plastic lid to see if paddle turns. If no step 3. 3) Take pan out of machine and start kneading cycle. If motor shaft does not turn, then the belt fell off the pulley in the machine or belt is broken, or the motor is bad

If you "go to"
www.westbend.com, that'll redirect you to
www.focuselectronics.com; once there, select "WestBend", and then "hover" the cursor on "replacement parts", click on "breadmakers", which will then allow you to select your model, and then THAT page will offer various parts, including the "hardcopies" of the User Manual and the Recipe book (for $), BUT... if you scroll down a bit further, you will also find them as downloadable .PDF files (for FREE).

Call 414-334-6949 to get purchase amount for part. Then you have to mail your request to The West Bend Company, Attn Customer Service Dept. 400 Washington Street, West Bend WI 53095. I tried to find them on the internet too - looked at my owners manual and that's what you need to do to get parts. Good Luck
