Manitowoc SY0854A Self Contained 870 lb Ice Machine "qd 0212a" Questions

I have a Manitowoc QD0212A 120v. It makes ice, but after the bin gets full, it appears that the compressor does not run to cool the ice box. Is there some type of relay or solenoid that could be bad? ...
