Check your battery first make sure you have 12 volts if not that's part of your issue, need 12v for thermostat to work which tells heat/a.c. when to turn on

take the camper to a jayco service center and get the correct replacement items for that camper then it is a matter of removing all the fitting strips to allow removal of the old canvas and the fitment of the new items a clue her is to when the new canvas id fitted is to leave the camper opened up and to wet the new canvas with silicon fluid and allow it to dry put before folding it away why , it stops water coming through the canvas when touched in the rain and prevents mould if folded away when wet

Metal tore on the fifth wheel hitch itself, or from the truck bed attach brackets. ... here's a few pics notice kingpin pushing up on trailer nose cone ...
Possibly the drain tube for the unit is clogged, I suggest finding it and blowing through it with compressed air to unclog it.
If it does not have a drain tube I suggest getting some weather stripping and gluing using 3M weather stripping adhesive it to the top of it to channel it were you would rather have it.
Plug in a ceramic 120 volt or oil type space heater to keep trailer warm. Most travel trailers are propane only, they do not have electric heat strips. I would bet that is why it only blows cold air.
on campers, rvs and mobile homes the plumbing is under the floor but above the underpinning..it cant be seen..make a skirting from tarps or some material you can attach to the unit between the trailer and the ground.. then you have to get a barn heater and blow hot air under the trailer and turn the heat on inside the unit..once the water starts to flow .. you need to drain it completely out with air pressure and put antifreeze (staight) into the system..the red stuff..this will take a few hours to do.. use the pressure to test for broken pipes..DO NOT EXCEED 40 PSI during testing..if any of the pipes are broken they will need to be replaced before you use it again..if you are using it now, keep the skirting on the unit and back itup with some substantial plywood panels with insulation attatched to the backside ..the entire bottom of the unit will need skirted..mobile home supplies places carry interlocking panels for this pupose.. good luck..in an emergency you can use a hot air blowdryer to heat up pipes or pipe heating tapes or pipe insulation.. (or these noodle toys that kids used in pools..)
