My speedometer on my 2000 yamaha r6 doesnt work

Check Ground Wire off of the Speedo Sensor. I have the same bike and am dealing with the same problem, already replaced Battery/Rectifier/Stator. Ordered a new cluster and that didn't fix it either, speedo itself doesn't look bad and I have intermittent readings. Haven't had the chance to look at ground wire yet, let me know if this helps

Check all the connections behind the cluster and all the connections on the wiring harness clean them out If you see any dirt or anything else in there. Also check the fuses and relays connection on the battery etc etc etc.

I have a 2000 r6 it drives fine but when the speedometer stops wrkn and the rpm stops wrkn. my bike wont start back up. can any1 help me please......... its drivn me nuts tryn 2 figure it out. also when i put on the flashers or beep the horn the gages goes nuts....... help please

Broken cable if your style bike has that style system, the cable that attaches to the axle shired off, i"ve had that stripped out also before and had to replace it.
