I am looking for the Torque specs for the head of a RM 125 Suzuki dirt bike .. 1998

If you can give me the diameter of the bolt, not the cap.
And the grade marking on the cap of the bolt,
I can give you the foot pounds torque for that specific bolt.

1991 rm 125 clutch springs torque

The clutch springs are not the problem. Check to see if all parts were installed as shown below. The clutch plates alternate Fiber/steel/fiber/steel, starting and ending with a fiber. Be sure the teeth on the clutch rack are pointing to the rear.
