Because of the vague description I will go through my thought process. Does it have gas? Is the oil filled? Does it have spark?If not change plug ...If still no spark disconnect the Low oil prob(yellow wire coming from side of engine block to the on off switch) Still no spark then it is the coil...Has it been sitting for a while? Possibly gas has gelled inside the carb...clean the carb and jet out thoroughly. Finally, if all that passes...then try to start the engine while triggering the wand...If ti starts you have either a clogged tip or a bad unloader on the pump. Good luck
