Your idle circuit in the carb can be clogged. Have you tried to set and adjust the idle? Have you tried running with the choke on a bit. This problem can be due to
  • 1) clogged idle circuit in the carb.
  • 2) ignition timing
  • 3) Vacuum leak at carb to head mount.
  • 4) restriction in tank port, or clogged screen in tank valve.
Hope this helps.

Looking for a wiring diagram for 1986 yamaha moto

Have you trace all wiring condition from end-to-end and everything has been properly grounded?
Get a similar diameter electrical wire, connect one end to bulb and the other to your battery, if it works then try to connect it from battery to switches and from switches to bulb, if substituting old wires works then leave it connected as it is, as one of your wires had its time. No need for wiring diag. If you want try to use Google search engine to search around. Good enough?

My fzr250 rr wont start its was running a day ago

@Two things, either out of gas or no spark. Check the fuel, if you have to get it primed, squirt a little gas in the cylinder, if that doesn't fire, you have no spark, pull out a plug and let it rest on a ground, and hit the starter, if there is no spark, your coils are dead, or computer, or ignitor, check it out, Hope this helps.

Fzr 250 Wont rev when cold

Hi!!
Firstly clean the air filter.
and then the carb too needs cleaning.
You can use a good fuel addative to clean the carbs.
There is a YESI a tube that runs upwards from after the carbarator ... if there is any kind of leak in this you will need to change it immediately..
An advice...Pls dont ty to fix any leak on this using any type of solution, it ALWAYS backfires....

My carburetor is leaking lots of fuel.

There are a couple of things that could be wrong.
The fuel shutoff valve in the carby could have something under it which stops it from closing.

A problem I had once, I had a souped up bike (250cc) and because I did not upgrade the fuel tap etc I wore holes in the bottom of the floats.

Did you have the carby in pieces?
If you did you might have left the fuel shutoff valve out.
