I have not used my bike since 1 month, its engine

Usually it will happen with all the petrol vehicles which was unused for some days or it is kept at very coll temperatures. Use the choke lever and start your bike. Keep it in same state for 5 minutes. once your engine heats up, then restore the choke back. If still the problem exists, then adjust the screw type adjustable know to increase the throttle level to keep th engine alive in slow speed.

get a mechanic, clean up the carburettor, and your silencer as well as change the engine oil. re tune your fuel gauge air screw to optimal power settings. remember incorrect settings of the air screw might adversely damage the bike's performance

Less mileage

Tune up sounds like the optimum solution. Depending on the area in which you live, the bike may need maintenance faster than scheduled in the owners manual.

Dust, Dirt, Pollen especially can cause a clogged air filter. Depending on which grade of gas you use, you may need to change plug(s) already.

I hope this information was some what helpful.

Hi I have 2005 hero

If the engine was bored out, that means it's using more gas for the same RPM, and this more gas / KM.
The only way to get back to your original KM/L would be to get a cylinder head and pistons of the original or lesser size.
Think about it...if 2 engines are idling at 1000 RPM, and one engine is 50cc and the other is 2000cc, which do you think will run out of gas first?
Now consider both engines on the exact same transmission, meaning both motors drive the bike the same speed at the same given RPM....the 50cc engine will go a lot further than the 2000cc engine.
Hope that clarifies the issue.
