91 Grand Vitara? They don't show one till '99 just the Sidekick and the Sameri The 99 shows a bearing the the hub presses into. 1991 vitara front wheel bearing/hub - 262071994.jpgThis bearing is the one for the front in a four wheel drive. You did'nt say if your four wheel or not either. This bearing costs 20 bucks at my parts store. This is not the right baring for a two wheel drive as I did'nt think you'd be asking if it was ywo wheel drive. the difference between a 91 and a 99 arn't likly as this information is for vehicals sold in the USA.

Replace front hub assembly 2002 Suzuki XL7

the front wheel bearing hub?
XL-7 (the dash matters)
my wild guess, is the questions was
what are all steps to do this job. and tools.
that?
RTM?

https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/10056-2002-grand-vitara-xl-7-service-manual.aspx

http://www.fixkick.com/hubs/FW_BEARINGS.html#newer
the link shows all years, and variances.

here is a photo review, that is accurate up to
1998, and beyond , if you skip the bearing service parts. as yours are INTEGRATED
and NON-serviceable.
http://www.fixkick.com/hubs/FW_BEARINGS.html

the photo 6a and B
shows removing the hub,
so do that , buy a new hub and put it back
the same way, using the tool stated
at the stated ranges of torque
123-180 ft/lbs.
this range allows you to get the screws into the locking rings.

How do i remove front hub

hello anon.
2wd or 4wd car?, this Counts big time? i toss coin; land 4wd.
The USA car can be Vitara or Grand Vitara. and cut in dates vary for that too.
the 2002 has no end locking hubs.
so you must mean front wheel bearing hubs.
ok its easy with tools.

GOT TOOLS?
http://www.fixkick.com/hubs/FW_BEARINGS.html#newer

to be accurate i need full spec on car
country
engine sizes. and if 2wd or 4wd.

my guess is your car has the unified hubs. (bearings can not be removed)
you unbolt it.
you put the new hub on
you torque it to 123-180 Ft/lbs, this is the running torque not a preload)
if not, it will fail fast.

that page even has the FSM chapter page there. to see.
from a real Suzuki, 2004.
can be seen tool, at alldata.com
or at suzuki pit stop , dot com (google it) its there.

Need To no what size bearing puller I need to use to replace my right hand side bearing for a 2001 grand vitra 2.5litre and how to do it .

no end of car stated, now that makes this impossible
but ill guess front. and guess 2 , 4wd ,?????????
and at what step in process you got stuck>????

all that , just all that..
all that is in the FSM, ever heard off a factory service manual.
or alldata.com
or this.
$4 bucks to look.
https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1191-2001-vitara-grand-vitara-service-manual.aspx
before buying $500 suzuki tools, be it known , generic tools work.

the wheel bearing
ill paste some clues.
I have a printed FSM. (and all above)
here is the factory page
http://www.fixkick.com/hubs/vitara/new-vit-hubs.pdf

the bearing are never replaced in this car, you replace the whole hub.
that is how its done. if you want to break the rules.
then you get to work blind, what bearings are there, , its not publish.
then you get to find that out, and then find a shop to presses them in
and after all that ,its 5x the cost of a hub.
so>>>>>/???

see end of this page for GV front hubs
http://www.fixkick.com/hubs/vitara/new-vit-hubs.pdf

see the list of complex options there. see that.?
2wd, 4wd,?
my guess is yours is 4wd, guess 2.
and uses photo 10 there.

see grapic 10 ,see part id 11?
you pull that off with any slide (slam) hammer made.
then remove the looking ring with special tool used by suzuki
since 1989
then the hub falls off. or if in salt belt,(wiki that)you again
use the slide hammer and bam its off

Pit fall 1,
if you fail to set the nut ring 11 to 156 (or to spec) foot/pounds torque
the bearing will fail in 1000 miles.
see TIMKEN bearing tests proof of that fact, it is a fact.
for all CRUSH bearings.....

I have no drive on the front wheels of my suzuki vitara

Your front wheel hub is not locking when you engage the 4WD stick. Maybe the hub was not correctly installed during your last wheel bearing repacking.
