I have a 1999 dodge caravan. Passenger sign turn signal flashes for a short period & goes solid. Reverse light & brake light work just fine. Multifunction switch, light sockets, light assembly & ground strap have all been replaced. No problems with drivers side or wipers, headlights etc.

Sounds like the relay is burning out. When the lights stop flashing does the indicator on the dash light up and stay on and/or does the exterior lights light up and stay on? If the indicator light is staying on then you have a wiring problem to the lights or you have the wrong bulb/ bulbs. If the exterior lights stay on it is a bad relay or power to the relay.

The left rear turn signal is not working, I

You may have an issue with the directional signal switch in the steering column. Power to this goes thru that switch. It usually required removing the steering wheel to gain access to correct. You may not want to tackle this yourself unless you have a manual and the proper tools. I had to buy a special too to remove the gear selector to gain access. Only used it twice and had to get it from a Snap-On mobile truck salesman. What a pain!

My Dodge Caravan ST 3.4 LTR instrement cluster.

Your Hazard fuse is blown.
Hazard fuse has the instrument gauges on it in addition to the turn and brake lights.

When one of my brake lights went on my 07 Caravan it when short for a time and took out this fuse.
