06 FORD E 250 HAS TROUBLE CODES 148 AND 191 - 2004 Ford F150

Code come's back because the cam sensor wasn't the problem . What DTC - diagnostic trouble code was stored ? A number of codes can be set for the cam sensor or wiring or PCM etc... They do not mean to replace the sensor , diagnostic's must be done. Sorry , but your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

You need to do a fault code test follow the link. The connector is red and under the hood drivers side and clipped to the fender lip in most years.

code p0270 refers to injector 4--circuit low===causes---wiring short to ground---injector ---ECM
replace the injector

Many issues are simply resolved by updating the ECM on board computer, with a truck this year I wold check to see if there are any recalls.

Sounds like the vacuum leak check all your lines

LEAN CODES, CHECK FOR A VACUUM LEAK AT THE INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKETS, USE A CAN OF CARB SPRAY, WHEN U HIT A LEAK THE ENG WILL CHANGE TONE AND RPM.
