Left indicator - Yellow to Black/White
Right Indicator - Green to Black/Green
Left Tail - Black to Grey/Black
Right Tail - Brown to Grey/Red
Fog - Blue to Grey/White
Brake - Red to Black/Red
Earth - White to Brown or Body earth above/behind Left hand Light

The best place to connect the wiring is behind the left trim in the boot, there is a grey socket which has all that you need except the fog which can be located in the wiring loom to the left light unit.

no standard color codes. all you need is park light, signal left and right, brake light. easiest way is to connect the wires in the tail lights. hope this helps
