SOURCE: constant power doesn't seem to be working.
you sould have the red and yello wire connected together is you are not using a factory wiring harness adapter this means you might have wires crosses

I had the same problem. My issue was a wire that broke, probably because of wear and tear. Take the seat apart and investigate the problem thoroughly.
SOURCE: cruise control no longer works. Cruise light comes
Make sure the cable from the cruise control motor to throtle is not broken or unattached.

Which fuses blew ? # fuse , whats it power ?
Your best bet mite be to have a qulified repair shop diagnose it . Without the vehicle in fron't of us to do electrical circuit testing who knows . It's any bodys guess . Do you know how to do electrical circuit fault testing ? Viewing wiring diagrams for the affected systems that are not working , using a dvom digital volt ohmmeter to test circuits . Do you know that vehicle has a fuse box in the rear of the vehicle ? INT / LP fuse 10amp . Also has a INT/LP relay located in the rear fuse box ,controlled by the (RIM) rear integrated module . If you knew these things guess you wouldn't be asking .
