have you tried 0000 its sometimes factory setting.

Call the dealer where the car was bought new other dealers too give them the VIN and they will give you the code you don't need to get the radio reprogramed. Good Luck.

the radio fuse is in the REAR POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER next to the spare tire (under the cover). it is number 36, 20 amp, yellow.
