Have you been using the defroster or defogger because these also run the compressor causing condensation....

since you said there's also condensation near your dash vents, it leads be to believe that the fluid will not be brake fluid or hydraulic fluid.

Also check to see if water is collecting in the air conditioner duct. Sometimes the
drain tube is clogged with debris causing the duct to drip.

Renault Problems

Has it been raining? If so, you either have a hole in the floorboard or possibly a leaking door seal. If it hasn't been raining then either your heater core is leaking (the wet will smell sweet, like antifreeze) or your AC condensor pan is leaking (the wet will be a clear liquid)

Front right floor always wet

Ac condensation could be building up and dripping in cab.If so under car on passenger side were floor board meets firewall should be a small hose or maybe even just a hole where water to drip. First i use like a coat hanger to clean out.

Some times water comes out under car but car wasnt running hot and will have to add antifreez, once the heater wouldnt blow hot air but now dose sometimes no water runs out but have to add water to...

Next time you see some water under the car, look to see exactly where it dripped. If the water dripped out right near the firewall, it may be just the drain from the ac evaporator core.

So were you running the ac when you saw the water?

So next time you see the water, put your finger in it and smell of the water. Is it clean water, or is it water with antifreeze? You will be able to tell if its antifreeze or if its just evaporator core drainage.

Water dripping right front underneath

Is what the liquid plain water or coolant (water mixed with antifreeze). touch and smell the liquid, no smell = water, antifreeze smell and oily feel = coolant.
If plain water, could be Air Condition condensation dripping from condensation drain which is normal. (this drain is usually located near the center of the vehicle).
If coolant, could be leak(s) from: radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, water pump, engine freeze plug. A coolant system pressure test should show what is leaking.

2004 Chevrolet Tahoe-front passenger side floor is wet

Check the heater core unit located underneath the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle. Even though your car's antifreeze is red, it may appear to be clear when there is only a small amount present. Was the liquid in the vehicle sticky and have any smell to it?

There is water dripping on my foot when my foot is on the gas pedal this has just started what can this be?

It could be that the drain that removes water when the a/c evaporator drips is plugged and it is backing up into the passenger compartment.

If it happens when it rains it could be a leaky windshield or water leaking in through the cabin air filter.

Water leaking in glove box? looks like there is a hose that comes into the box... water is dripping from that hose under the near the back of the engine .

There are three possible fluid can leak though the glove box.

Leaves and dirty block the drainage pathway..
Rain water/car wash water will seek the lowest spot.

AC condenser water drainage pathway may be block.

Windshield washer hose come off and window washer fluid somehow find it was to the interior.

Try to identify the smell of the liquid. It may just be Wet ones wipes.

Good luck
.
