Most likely I a would suspect the fuel rail had moisture in it. If you checked emissions it would most likely show no HC and alot of 02 and no CO. If it does show alot of HC then I would suspect sticking valves intermittantly . The pinging really points to no fuel issue tho. If you pull the injector connector off and no change then I would remove the fuel rail and inspect. Also make sure the wires are in the correct locations. It easy to get them wrong.
by the way did you do a running compression test. This would indicate weak valve springs
Then the only option is you have a intake vacuum leak. Spray brake cleaner around the plennum in that area to see if the idle changes. Of pour water to see if it gets sucked in. Since your saying you have injector pulse on both injectors then I would not suspect a quad driver in the PCM as being at fault. Also did you rotate the coils to see if the misfire followed.
Then this is the point your going to have to just take it in because you have stated you tested everthing but obviously you missed something you tested. We have expensive equipment that will detect problems the backyard mechanic cannot find. It would have been cheaper than throwing the parts on it that you have already done.

Yes, compression is fine, have spark, pulled off fuel rail to check flow, plenty of gas, wires are correct.

No change with coil switch. Sprayed brake clean...no leaks...smoked the intake with smoke machine....no leaks...
